An expert in getting things done and managing rapidly growing enterprises, Frank Dias provides energetic leadership to all of our divisions. A true innovator and entrepreneur, he brings 25+ years of diverse skills and leadership abilities to the organization. He plays an integral part in shaping our business strategy and culture. He oversees a wide range of cross-functional operations, creating and implementing strategic initiatives related to mergers, sales, operations, and client retention. 

Dias started his career as a Hydroelectrical engineer and was the previous SVP of Business Development and Sales of a public healthcare company, COO of a national diagnostic laboratory, and founder/CEO of numerous companies in CPG logistics, restaurant, beverage, healthcare, nutraceuticals, biobanking, and corporate consulting. 

 Senior Electrical Engineer 

Justin Doherty is an electrical engineer who brings over 20 years of international experience in integrated facility management and software solutions for multiple industries across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Justin founded and sold and electrical controls company axis control systems. He currently owns and operates a security systems company, zest security, with a focus on security systems including cameras and fire protection and owns Pathlogic Limited, a long established provider of control systems. Justin is also a director of InnovaQor, Inc., a US based pubic company.

 Founder and Investor

Seamus is an electrical engineer and entrepreneur who has over 25 years management experience with start up and small companies. He has completed numerous multi-million dollar acquisitions and mergers and is currently the CEO of a US public company. 

Seamus has personally secured in excess of $100 million for various projects including alternative energy projects in the wind farm, waste to energy and gasification sectors.
